UChat supports the official WhatsApp Cloud API and regular business providers. You need to set up your account/billing directly with the service provider or Facebook. UChat doesn't charge you directly for WhatsApp usage. -
How does Email and SMS pricing work?
UChat doesn't charge to send emails. It's FREE. You can connect through SMTP, Sendgrid or Gmail. For sending SMS, UChat doesn't handle the billing; you sign up directly with a service provider (Twilio, Signalwire, or Message Media). -
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time through the billing section. -
What does 1 bot in business plan means?
1 bot means 1 Facebook page or 1 whatsapp number or 1 Instagram account, etc. And UChat offer omni channel, if you put this 1 bot in the omni channel, you can build the bot that available in the 8 channels we support currently(Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Wechat, Line, Viber, Google Business Messenger, Telegram)
