How secure is this? What do you do with the data we upload?
The data you upload belongs to you and is treated as extremely precious. When uploading research sessions, AI models via APIs are used for transcription, summarization, and tagging. The data is not used to train models, the APIs don't get trained with the data, and data doesn't mix with other users' data. -
Can I use Divinate on my sales calls?
Yes! Divinate is focused on helping you make the best possible product decisions from customer feedback. Sales calls can be uploaded to gain product improvement insights. -
Can I replace talking to my customers with this?
