What is a Free Destination in Census?
Free destinations include Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, Salesforce Sandbox, and Microsoft Teams. These destinations don't count toward billable destinations for users on professional plans, though they're still subject to plan limits like sync intervals. -
What is a Billable Destination?
Billable destinations are all destinations not included in the free destinations list. Enterprise connectors like Oracle, Anaplan, Workday, NetSuite, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud are only available with Enterprise plans. -
What happens if I want to sync to an unsupported destination?
Census adds new integrations weekly. Users can contact support to request prioritization of unsupported destinations or use the Custom API to build integrations themselves. -
What is considered an Active Sync?
Active syncs are those that have run at least once in the past 28 days. Deleted syncs remain considered active for 28 days after their last run. -
What does the free trial include?
Census offers a 14-day no-commitment trial with access to all destinations and features. After the trial period, accounts convert to the Free plan automatically.
