What pricing models do you offer?
We offer 4 pricing models – Start, Plus, Business and Enterprise. -
Which is more cost-effective, an annual or monthly subscription?
Definitely an annual subscription. When you opt for the annual payment, you’ll receive an additional 2 months completely free of charge. -
What is the validity of credits?
The validity of credits depends on the chosen model. Credits purchased within the Start model are valid for 2 years from the purchase date. The validity of credits for other models depends on the selected period. For monthly subscriptions, credits are valid for 1 month, and for annual subscriptions, they are valid for 1 year. -
Are unused credits transferred to the next period?
If you have chosen the Plus or Business model, unused credits are not carried over to the next period. At the beginning of each new period (monthly/annual), credits are automatically renewed to their original value. Credits purchased within the Start model are valid for 2 years from the purchase date. -
How do I add more users to my team?
If you choose a Plus or Business subscription, you have the option to share credits and storage with other team members. To create additional accounts in the team, please contact us at support email.
