If you haven't subscribed to Pleexy by the time your free trial period ends, your account will automatically be canceled. Your connections will be paused and your account will be deleted after 2 weeks. You need to get a monthly or annual subscription in order to keep your connections active. -
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel at any time without penalty. When you cancel your Pleexy subscription, you will remain on the subscription until the end of your billing cycle, at which time your account will be cancelled. -
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first purchase, you are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our refund policy. To receive a refund, please contact our support team via in-app chat. -
How much does Pleexy cost?
If you continue to use Pleexy after the trial, you will be charged a flat fee. You can choose to be billed $4 per month or $40 per year (20% cheaper).
