How do you reach our devices when they're on-prem in a private network?

Our platform includes an agent/probe you install on a machine you manage. All connectivity from our cloud platform will proxy it's connection through your probe which should have connectivity to the device on their private management IP. A single probe can support hundreds of devices, there are no required changes on your network devices.‍We support the following operating systems for our probe software which is incredibly lightweight at only 40MB: Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, Server 2019, and Server 2022 Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 Docker Mac OSX
I'm concerned about security, how secure is connectivity to our devices?

We are highly focused on security. Our security is incredibly complex which we can elaborate extensively on but we will summarize here.The probe installed on a device you manage does all the sensitive work in order to keep as much possible on-prem. The benefits of this: Your plain text password never needs to be provided to ITVA. Encrypt the password on the probe with its built in password vault, and input the encrypted password on our cloud platform. You will never need to provide or share us your encryption key. For security in our cloud portal itself, we have a very robust authentication system with support to integrate to your Identity Provider. Enable Single Sign On and Identity Access Management to your IDP(Okta, Azure AD, Google Cloud Identity, etc.) Don't have an IDP? No worries, we have built in 2FA for you if that's simpler. When connecting to devices, we verify your IDP access is valid and your ITVA access is valid EVERY packet. If your access is removed or invalid your connectivity will be terminated in milliseconds. If you want to be even more secure, you only need to whitelist 1 FQDN and 1 port outbound for your probe.
How does your AI Engine differentiate from the generic AI chatbots(ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)?

The key difference is that it's an Engine and not just a chatbot/LLM! Our AI Engine is fully capable of pulling live data from your network devices. Therefore, it enables you query and analyze live device data. Not only that, our AI Engine also enables you to configure your devices in natural language. We combined this configuration capability and query capability to provide predictive impact on your configuration changes.How do we avoid hallucinations and why is this better than you pasting in data to an LLM? Our engine works incredibly well to due to large proprietary dataset. We have real network engineers training our AI Engine on diverse production networks EVERY day.
