When 80% of the monthly response limit is reached, you'll be notified by email. When the limit is reached, all active surveys will be paused, and you'll be notified again. You can upgrade or request a temporary increase. -
What are the limits on monthly survey views and website visitors?
All plans include a views/responses ratio of 100 (e.g., a 5,000 response plan allows 500,000 views). If you exceed the allotted views, Informizely will contact you to discuss options. -
Do you offer custom plans?

What are the payment options?
