What does Andsend do, in real terms?

It tracks your conversations on Email and LinkedIn, and drafts all the messages for you to send. As soon as you receive a message in your unified inbox, Andsend creates a reply based on your message history with that person, and in your personal tone of voice. If they don't reply, it eventually suggest a follow-up message instead. But it never sends anything without your permission – you’re in charge of the send button.
How does Andsend know what to write? How can it know what goal it should drive my conversation towards?

You define your goal in Andsend, for example "Start sales conversations that eventually lead to a booked meeting for my product X". Then, the Andsend messenger will strategize and compose messages to your selected contacts, to drive your conversations toward that goal. You can have as many goals as you like for different contacts. We call these goals Playbooks.Your Playbooks can be as simple or rich as you like. Paste your meeting scheduling link, tell it to drive the conversation slowly and not push, or tell it to be humorous, using anecdotes it knows about the person. Be as creative as you like, or jump start by using one of our predefined Playbook-templates.
Can I really use Andsend for Free?

Yes, Andsend is free. Use our free plan for as long as you like. As you become a more advanced user you have the option to unlock even more powerful features by going on the Pro-plan, if you want to.

The Free plan is for anyone looking to try the product out (and yes, it really is free).‍The Pro plan is optimized for a single professional day to day efficiency, we recommend that you start of with the free plan and then upgrade to the Pro-plan when you feel the need for more features and more contacts.‍In case you are a team, start with the free plan to get a feeling for Andsend. Before you start inviting your fellow team mates, upgrade to the Team plan, then they are able to invite your organization, managed by you, without any complications.
Is my data safe?

Yes, Andsend is built on best practices from the ground up, on the best available infrastructure. We don’t share your data with any other Andsend user, unless you invite them to. In terms of application security, we have been officially verified by Google under the Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA) framework for our native Google email integration.
