What happens if we exceed our plan limits?
Free accounts that exceed plan limits will see chat messages stored but not processed. Rate limits may also apply. Paid plans include surge protection, allowing temporary usage above set limits. -
What is Business Data and how do the MB limits work?
Zep supports ingesting JSON documents, unstructured text, and transcripts into a user or group's Knowledge Graph. Doing so counts towards your monthly Business Data limit. Since such data can be in many formats and character sets / encodings, we measure this data in megabytes (MB). 5MB is approximately 2,500 pages of English UTF-8 text. -
