Can I brand Vapify in my name as a White-Label platform?
Yes, you can brand Vapify with your domain name and your logo etc. Your clients will not see Vapify - or Vapi. -
Can I create Sub-Accounts to see all my Vapi Clients?
Yes, for our Founding Members, you can create unlimited Client Sub-Accounts (Please note: this is likely to change when the Founders plan ends).On your Vapi Dashboard, you'll see all your Vapi accounts, assistants, calls etc. -
Can I create login access for my Vapi Client?
Yes, you can create a secure login for your client. Once inside their sub-account, they can view all their call logs, call recordings etc. And make payments and top-ups. -
Will my Clients see my Vapi Prompts
No, that's one of our great features, Vapify prevents your clients from accessing Vapi. We'll pull through the Vapi call logs, but your Vapi setups, your prompts and your "intellectual property" remains securely private from your clients. -
Can I add a Markup on top of the Vapi call charge?
Yes, you can add your margin on top of every Vapi call. For example: Vapi cost per minute $0.15 you can bill your client $0.20 per minute.
