We use paddle.com as our payment provider, which allows you to pay with Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay and PayPal.
Where are your servers located?

Our cloud infrastructure is securely housed within Hetzner.com's data centers located in Germany, ensuring outstanding compliance with GDPR standards. For those on the business plan, there is the flexibility to select a preferred data center in either the US or the EU. Additionally, as an On-Premise Enterprise client, there is the option to self-host the entire Tiptap Suite.
How does Content AI work?

We connect your OpenAI API key to Tiptap. Tiptap provides the editor features and the backend that processes your prompts and handles the connection to OpenAI.
What is the difference between monthly connections and concurrent connections for Collaboration?

Monthly connections are the total number of connections to all your Collaboration documents, while concurrent connections are the number of simultaneous connections to all your Collaboration documents.
