Smartsheet is changing its subscription model based on customer feedback and industry standards. The new model aims to make it easier for new users to try the platform, simplify subscription management, and provide quicker visibility into user activity and productivity.
Can I change my plan?

You always have the option to upgrade your plan to unlock additional capabilities for project, program, or portfolio management. You can also add or remove users, purchase more licenses, or cancel your subscription at anytime. These actions are subject to terms at Smartsheet User Agreement.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), ACH direct debit, and PayPal. For Enterprise subscriptions that meet a minimum fee, we offer invoicing for payment via credit card, check, ACH, or wire. Payment options may vary by billing country.
