How does the token system work for assessments?
You are charged per candidate per assessment. For example, 1 assessment for 1 candidate costs 1 token, 2 assessments for 1 candidate costs 2 tokens, and 1 assessment for 2 candidates costs 2 tokens. Tokens are non-expiring and you are only charged when candidates are invited to complete assessments. -
What happens if I run out of tokens during a project?
If you run out of tokens while carrying out a project, your candidates will still be able to complete their assessments. The system does not take additional tokens after you have invited participants to complete assessments. -
What payment methods are accepted?
Nartio accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Other payment methods can be accommodated upon request. -
