What happens to my photos after the hosting period ends?
Photos are automatically deleted from servers after the hosting period (60 days for Bronze, 365 days for Silver/Gold). You should download your ZIP file before expiration. -
Do photos lose quality when uploaded to Eventocam?
No, all photos and videos are stored in their original resolution and quality without compression. -
What is the maximum file size for video uploads?
The maximum allowed file size is 500MB per video.
