What kind of photos should I upload?
We recommend submitting 8 to 20 couple photos, mixed between close-ups and body shots. Diverse elements such as facial expressions, locations, backgrounds, and perspectives enhance the results. High quality photos work best, and we suggest minimal makeup to prevent exaggeration. Explicit content is not accepted. -
Which payment methods are accepted?
We welcome payments through credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Additionally, for Indonesian citizens, we support mobile phone billing with Indosat, Telkomsel, XL, and various e-wallet options such as Gopay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and more, accessible through Google Pay and Apple Pay. -
What happens to my photos after the training process?
After training our AI model with your input photos and generating the result, we promptly delete both the input photos and the result from our servers within 7 days. For faster deletion, you can email us at help@dreamprewedding.com. -
Who holds the rights to the generated photos?
You do. We provide you with complete commercial license and ownership of your photos. -
What if the results are not great or don't look like me, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, due to the extensive computational resources involved in training the AI model and rendering for the creation of your prewedding photos, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you can contact our customer service, and we will help you select photos to generate the best AI photo results for your next order.
