What is a user?
A user is an individual that has login credentials. Different user permissions allow you to restrict access, such as who can create tagging structures, add tags, or only search and filter. -
My eCommerce Store is hosted with Shopify, can I still work with Digitile?
Yes, Digitile integrates with Shopify and also works with Big Commerce, Magento, and many other eCommerce engines. -
Will my data be safe?
Digitile takes security seriously; digital assets are never stored on our servers. We employ two-way authentication with Google, Dropbox, and Shopify. Digitile received Google’s security accreditation in February 2022. -
What if I have additional users?
We offer volume discounts for additional users. Please reach out via Live Chat or email sales@digitile.io to request a quote. -
Can we cancel at anytime?
You can cancel anytime, but we do not offer refunds for a billing period already paid. Annual plans will not auto-renew. There are no refunds for AI services like Image Recognition and Optical Character Recognition.
