Yes, you can easily switch from a monthly plan to annual plan by managing your subscription through company admin login. Any change in tenure will be reflected after the on-going paid subscription tenure completion. -

The free version of Archezy is available for individuals or trio. Archezy's Professional plan costs ₹500/user/month, billed monthly and ₹250/user/month, billed annually. -

Additionally, we host data in secure AWS Cloud Services that implements firewalls and access restrictions on the servers to better protect your information. -
How do I cancel my Archezy subscription or trial?
It's easy to cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time during your 15-Days free trial. If you cancel on or before your free trial expiration date, your account will be disabled, it will not be charged. However, there are no refunds if you cancel your paid plan in the middle of your subscription duration.
