How can I collect my testimonials?
You can create a testimonial request form, pre-fill a testimonial and send the URL to the client, or create a rating survey to collect feedback. -
I already have testimonials on my website. Can I import them?
Yes, you can import them manually or from a CSV file (coming soon). -
What does the number of testimonials in plans’ description mean?
It’s a total amount of testimonials that you can display on your website with Trust. -
What will happen after the end of trial?
Once your free trial ends, you can keep using the full version with a paid plan. -
Is VAT included in plan prices?
VAT is not included in our plan prices. As most Trust customers are businesses, they do not owe VAT and thus we charge the advertised flat price. VAT is still due for consumers and may be applied on all plan prices (ie. non-business entities). If you are an EU business, make sure you enter your EU VAT number to prove your business status and thus remove VAT from the price. If you are located outside the EU, we won’t charge any VAT, regardless of your business or consumer status.
