What counts as a Messaged Contact?
Any contact that sends or receives a message (or an IVR call) in your billing period counts as a Messaged Contact. Other Contacts on your account will not be billed. This lets you build up a contact list in TextIt while only paying for the contacts you are actively interacting with. -
What countries does TextIt work in?
All of them. Really! With channels like Facebook or WhatsApp, you can launch your messaging application anywhere in the world. However TextIt also has integrated with dozens of SMS aggregators and mobile operators. TextIt has been used in over 170 countries to handle over 2 billion messages. -
