Yes, you can transfer your existing mobile or landline number to Swytch. To do so, sign up for an account, get allocated a Swytch number, then contact support with your port-in number, PAC code, PAC expiry date, and the Swytch number you want to replace. -
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Simply log in to your online Dashboard, go to the 'Numbers' section, and delete all your numbers to automatically cancel the subscription. -
How do charges for calls and texts work?
You pay a monthly subscription fee, and then each call or text you make deducts from your pre-paid balance based on the rates shown on the pricing page. -
