What counts as a document in the pricing structure?
A document is any invoice, estimate, or credit note that is finalized (issued). Draft documents do not count toward your usage. -
What happens if I exceed 50 documents per entity?
You'll be charged €0.01 per additional document. No service interruption - we'll simply bill the overage at the end of the billing cycle. -
Can I use the sandbox for free?
Yes! The sandbox environment is completely free with unlimited usage. It's perfect for development and testing before going live. -
What does the €49/month platform fee cover?
The platform fee covers access to all production features including compliance modules, multi-currency support, public sharing links, the TypeScript SDK, and email support. It's a flat fee regardless of how many entities you have. -
Is the first entity really free?
Yes. Your first entity has no per-entity charge — you only pay the €49/month platform fee. Additional entities are €2/entity/month, each including 50 documents.
