What is Mental Omega?

Mental Omega is a comprehensive fan-created modification for the classic real-time strategy game Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge. It expands the original game with an extensive storyline, featuring campaigns for the Allies, Soviets, Yuri's Epsilon, and the original Foehn Revolt faction. The mod includes 133 missions across Act One and Act Two, all available for free, with Act Three currently in development under the title "New Horizon."

The development integrates advanced tools like Phobos, an Ares-compatible extension, to introduce new gameplay functionalities. It also involves community contributions, such as new voxel art, music, and an animated cutscenes project. Players can engage in skirmish and multiplayer modes, with support for online play via CnCNet, and access resources through forums, Discord, and social media channels.
