To proceed, users pay a nominal $10 fee, which initiates the negotiation process. Go Eliza's AI then engages with the selected hotels, aiming to secure rates better than those publicly available. This negotiation phase typically takes a few days to a week. Upon successful negotiation, the user receives the booking details via email. If the user chooses not to accept any of the negotiated offers, the initial $10 fee is fully refunded.
