Which platforms does Converso integrate with?
Converso connects with Voiceflow and OpenAI so you can deploy your own AI builds using Converso. Via the Assistants API, you can deploy an OpenAI Assistant across webchat, WhatsApp and SMS, connecting with your customers wherever they are, or providing access to internal users eg for HR. Using Voiceflow, you can create your own automations and agents, and also deploy these across multiple communication channels. -
What is an AI Agent?
An AI Agent is similar to a chatbot, in that it is “trained” on your own data. You upload information specific to your business, such as your website, product descriptions etc, and the Agent is then able to answer questions accurately only using this data. Agents can also carry out additional actions dependent on other inputs and variables to complete a defined goal, acting as a "digital support helper". Agents use LLMs (large language models) to answer questions in a conversational and natural style, similar to ChatGPT.
