Can you help me anonymise my data? I don’t want any PII in my data.
We currently don’t strip any PII from the data you upload (e.g. video recordings, audio recordings, and transcripts). However, we try to remove PII in the findings and insights that our AI assistant generates for you. While this works well most of the time, it’s not a 100% bulletproof solution. If you see any PII in your findings or insights, please let us know via [email protected] so that we can improve. -
Which languages do you transcribe to?

Can I invite as many as I want to my workspace?
Yes, you can invite as many people you want to your workspace without any additional cost. -
Can I pause my subscription?
No, unfortunately at the moment there is no way to pause your subscription. You can cancel and then reactivate it later on. -
