What is Better Web Type?
Better Web Type offers a structured educational program focused on improving web typography skills through daily email lessons. The course covers fundamental concepts like paragraph shaping, typeface anatomy, typeface selection and combination, rhythm in typography, and modular scales. Each lesson is designed as a five to ten-minute read with additional resources for further exploration.
Created by designer Matej Latin, the course targets both designers and web developers who want to enhance their typography knowledge. Participants receive one lesson per day for seven days, with access to a Slack community for additional support and discussion.
