What happens if I exceed my data limit?
Data ingest volume is measured on a rolling average basis using the last 7 days. If you exceed your data limit based on this metric, you should contact sales to upgrade your subscription. -
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
You can upgrade your plan at any time, and we will recalculate your monthly subscription fee from the date of the upgrade. Downgrades are not possible within the contract term, but only on renewal (which is annual). -
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, if you choose annual billing you pay an amount equal to 10 times the monthly subscription fee. -
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we only accept payments via bank transfer, but we will extend this to include online payments. -
