    We calculate order and sales volumes over a trailing 12-month period. If your usage exceeds plan limits, you will be notified immediately and upgraded to the next tier. You can also proactively upgrade anytime from your account settings.
  • Can I change plans anytime?
    Your plan adjusts automatically based on your trailing 12-month order volume and revenue. As your business grows and hits a new threshold, we'll upgrade your plan to match. If your volumes decrease, we'll email you with the option to downgrade.
  • Are all features really included on all plans?
    Yes! We do not gate features by plan tier. PDF stamping, upsells, cart abandonment, affiliate programs, API access, and all other features are available on every plan.
  • What is the difference between plans?
    The only differences between plans are the order/sales volume limits, bandwidth allotment, and support level.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
