What is SEIZO?
SEIZO is a comprehensive performance management solution designed to streamline operational oversight. Developed in partnership with Toshiba TEC Europe, SEIZO is embedded in the management systems of production sites. It addresses common operational challenges such as complex decision-making circuits, lack of practice standardization, and insufficient tools for frontline managers. The solution enables standardization, scalability, and simplification of performance management processes through visual and interactive modules.
