Yes. PerfectBot GPT is deeply integrated with Gorgias, a leading customer service solutions. To use PerfectBot with Gorgias, you will need to add one extra User at no additional cost. -
What counts as a "conversation”?
A billable conversation has at least one reply from our AI agent. We don’t count conversations that haven't been responded to by PerfectBot. After you reach your monthly conversation package, you'll be charged $0.20 for each additional conversation. -
How do you compare to Gorgias AI Agent?
PerfectBot works as an add-on to Gorgias. It operates within the Gorgias app as one of the agents. Unlike the Gorgias AI Agent, it supports seamlessly both email and chat channels. It’s also 4x cheaper to use than the Gorgias AI Agent.
