What counts as a "conversation”?

A billable conversation has at least one reply from our AI agent. We don’t count conversations that haven't been responded to by PerfectBot. After you reach your monthly conversation package, you'll be charged $0.20 for each additional conversation.
How do you compare to Gorgias AI Agent?
