You are charged once per month for each active Connector used in your account during the last 30 days, regardless of how many users or workflows utilize that Connector. -
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
If you exceed your API call limit, Cyclr will bill you at published rates for the incremental API calls used, which will be added to your next month's subscription. -
What deployment options are available for Cyclr?
Cyclr offers shared infrastructure plans as well as private cloud deployments where the platform can be hosted in your own AWS or Azure account or in a dedicated Cyclr-managed instance. -
What support is included with Cyclr plans?
Growth and Scale plans include 3 months of implementation support from Solutions Architects, and all plans include manned in-app support during business hours (9am-10pm UK time).
