    AI notetaking is just one feature. CustomerIQ is an end-to-end AI assistant that records meetings, analyzes emails and tickets, extracts insights, and automates administrative tasks like CRM field entry and follow ups.
  • What are AI credits?
    A credit is how we measure AI usage. For example, if you have a long meeting and 100 highlights are extracted, that is 100 credits. When a short email is analyzed, it may only take 2 credits. When a highlight is categorized, that is 1 credit.
  • What happens if I hit my credit limit?
    CustomerIQ will email you when you reach 80% of your credit limit and when you reach your credit limit. Once you've reached your limit, CustomerIQ will add additional credits to your workspace according to the add-on pricing set in your billing plan.
