What happens when I reach my AI Credits limit?
You will receive notifications at 50%, 90%, and 100% usage. Once you reach 100%, the chatbot stops generating AI responses until credits reset next month or you upgrade/purchase additional credits. -
Do you train your AI model using my data?
No, your data will not be used to train AI models. Chatling uses OpenAI's models, and your content, data sources, and chatbot inputs/outputs will not be used by OpenAI for their language models. -
