How does the pricing work?
AdScale’s price is based on your ad spend. If your monthly ad spend passes your current tier, you’ll be charged the difference. SMS and email credits are available as a renewable package or one-time purchase. -
What if I didn’t use all SMS credits during the billing period?
Unused SMS credits rollover to the following month, so you can always use them later! -
Who does the billing if my store is on Shopify?
The monthly fee and ad spend tiers will be billed via Shopify. SMS and email credits are charged directly by AdScale. -
What if I exceed the maximum ad spend in my plan?
If your ad spend exceeds your current tier, then you’ll automatically be charged for the next tier without any interruption. If you use all of your SMS or email credits, then we will stop sending them until you top up your credits. -
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and you can enter or update your payment details on your account page at any time.
