When you create your Workfeed account, your 14-day free trial of the Pro+ package is automatically activated with no payment details required. After 14 days, you can choose to continue with Basic, Pro, or Pro+ version. -
What counts as a user in Workfeed?
Every employee, manager, and administrator created in your Workfeed account is considered a user. You can add and remove users at any time. -
Is the Basic plan completely free?
Yes, Basic is 100% free for up to 15 users with limitations on features. After the 14-day trial, you're automatically transferred to the free version unless you actively upgrade. -
Are there any lock-in periods with Workfeed?
No, you are only bound for the period you have paid for with no long-term contracts required. -
What payment methods does Workfeed accept?
Workfeed accepts payment via credit card, invoice, and bank transfers. Invoice payments incur a $7 fee per invoice.
