How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial provides complete access to the NationBuilder platform (except for sending email blasts). At the end of the trial, accounts roll into a subscription on the selected plan. Users can change plans and add-ons during the trial via the Settings tab. -

Users can choose between monthly and annual billing. Monthly billing is based on database size and add-ons, while annual billing offers a discount. Credit cards are charged after the 14-day free trial concludes. -
What is an add-on and how can I incorporate one into my plan?
Add-ons are packs of additional features that can be purchased to customize plans for specific organizational needs. They are available for additional monthly costs and can be added after the free trial in the Account Settings. -
What if I want to cancel my plan or add-on?
Users can shut down their nation at any time without being charged, and can export their data before canceling. Add-ons can be removed monthly if no longer needed, and can be added back later via account settings.
