An Organization (Org) in MotherDuck represents a team of users, enabling collaboration and secure data sharing. Member limits are based on the chosen pricing plan. -
How is compute usage measured?
Compute metering varies by Instance Type. 'Pulse' instances are measured per-query based on CPU/memory usage (Compute Units), while 'Standard' and 'Jumbo' instances are metered per second while active, with a 60-second minimum after the last query. -
How is storage calculated and metered?
Storage is metered based on the compressed size of data stored on disk. It includes a 7-day fail-safe period for mutated or deleted data for recovery purposes. User-managed storage and data for sharing features are not charged. -
How are AI Units utilized?
