What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Figma, Adobe Suite or various AI artwork tools. -
Do you offer refunds?
If design work has already started then no, but if you've selected a subscription package but decide it's not for you then you can receive a refund, you can also cancel the subscription for after your months in order to prevent automatic renewal, you will just need to get into contact with us via email and we can deal with your refund directly. -
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
