How is the subscription fee calculated for CargoLink?
The subscription fee is calculated based on the system module where the largest number of documents were added in a given month. For example, if you issue 80 transport orders and 30 invoices in a month, only 80 documents will be counted, meaning you'll be subscribed with a limit of 100 documents. -
What happens if I don't issue any documents in a month?
In cases where no documents are issued, a minimum fee will be charged for maintaining the account. -
Do I need to install any software to use CargoLink?
No installation is required. You only need a browser and internet access to use the system, as the entire platform works in the cloud. -
What payment methods are accepted for CargoLink?
You can pay for CargoLink by bank transfer or credit card. A credit card is not required to create an account. -
What is the OCR module and how does it work?
The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) module allows users to automatically add scanned or electronic documents to transport orders. The system recognizes documents, creates appropriate records in CargoLink including amounts and taxes, and links scans to documents. This is particularly useful for expense documents that help calculate margins.
