What are Flova Credits and how are they used?
Flova Credits are the standard usage unit on the platform. Credits are deducted when content is created through chat, storyboards, or other creation tools based on the selected model, generation duration, resolution, and other settings. Users can receive credits through subscriptions and free or bonus credit programs. -
How are credits charged during usage?
Credit consumption follows the Model Pricing Table. Deduction order depends on expiration: when credits have more than 7 days remaining, model-specific credits are deducted before general Subscription Credits; when credits have 7 days or less remaining, credits expiring sooner are deducted first. -
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
Yes. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. -
How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to the subscription page, click Manage Subscription, and select Cancel Subscription. You may continue using your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle. The subscription will then expire and will not renew automatically. -
What is the refund policy?
If you have not used any generation features after your most recent payment, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If a generation fails due to a system issue, the corresponding credits will be automatically refunded. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
