What are profile credits?
Profile credits are counted whenever a Crystal DISC assessment is completed or a new profile is viewed using our Chrome Extension. Once a profile is created, every user in your organization has full access to that profile. -
How long is my free account accessible for?
Your free account will be saved and available to you, even after your 10 free profile credits have been used. -
Can I pay monthly billing?
Our Premium plan at $49/month does not support a monthly billing option. For monthly billing options on all Business plans, please reach out to your account executive. -
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan via the billing settings or by reaching out to your dedicated customer success manager. All cancellations and downgrades will take place at the end of your billing cycle, while upgrades will take place immediately. -
What onboarding, training, and support is included?
Support is only provided for our PREMIUM or BUSINESS plans. Those on our PREMIUM plan can get support by emailing our support inbox. Those on our BUSINESS plan get assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager where onboarding and training comes with the package.
