When that happens, any time the AI answering service accrued while attempting to process the call is wiped out. Data collected by Joy is also sent to the agent so the caller doesn’t need to repeat themselves.

  Joy's AI voices are designed to be human-like. While transparency is maintained, most callers are comfortable with AI interactions. Callers can request to be transferred to a live agent at any time using keywords like 'Operator' or 'Live Person'.
• What happens if I exceed my monthly call minute limit?
