How many users can I add?
You can add as many active users you want for $15 per user. -
Which payment method do you accept?
You can pay with both credit card and PayPal. All payments are securely managed by our trusted payment provider. -
Is it a live chat tool?
Nope! We chose not to make it a live chat tool on purpose. Live chat doesn’t work well for every business, especially new ones. It can be expensive, tough to handle, and needs a big team. If users don’t get quick responses, it’s not good for your business. -
Is there any limits in paid plan?
No. You can send & receive unlimited tickets. But in free plan you’re allowed only 200 tickets a month. -
