Can I add or remove members during my subscription?
Yes, you can add or remove team members at any time. Adding members will automatically adjust billing for the next cycle on a pro-rated basis. When you remove members, they lose access to the dashboard, and you can adjust seats in the billing section. -
What payment methods are available?
We accept Credit Card and Wire Transfer (for annual cycles on Business and Enterprise plans only). Payment is secure with Stripe. -
What are the alert limits for the Starter plan?
The Starter plan includes 100 total alerts on Phone and SMS for the entire organization. If the limit is exceeded, an email notification is sent and Phone/SMS alerts are paused. Alerts via Slack, MS Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, and Discord are unlimited. -
How can I cancel my subscription?
