What languages does customer support speak?

How long does installation take?
Installation typically takes up to 2 weeks, including logo implementation and team training. The process is done on your trial account, so your fleet and users are already configured. -
When is the first invoice issued?
Invoices are issued at the end of each month, with the first invoice calculated proportionately from subscription activation to month-end. Aircraft with 'active' status during the billed month are charged. -
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel by signing in, going to Settings -> Manage Leon Account, and clicking 'Cancel' auto renewal. Service continues until the end of the current month.
