Do HappyCo mobile apps work offline?

The HappyCo Maintenance and Optigo Happy apps have offline functionality, so slow service won’t stop your progress. Once you’re logged on, you can conduct inspections and perform maintenance tasks from anywhere, no access to cellular data or WiFi required. Call Complete does not currently require an app download and will work on any smartphone with SMS and a web browser. Call Complete requires a cellular or WiFi connection, so offline mode is not available for this product.
What kind of support can I look forward to?

Every launch plan comes with a dedicated HappyCo Pro to help you get up to speed. Treat your teams to our HappyCo U self-paced learning library, and, as your plan grows, make use of our dedicated Customer Success and Pro teams to make the Happy Platform your own.
What devices are supported?

The Inspections, Tasks, and Optigo Happy℠ mobile apps require iOS 12.0 or later on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch, and Android 7.0.0 or later for Android smartphones and tablets. Using HappyCo on the web, including Live and Virtual Inspections, requires a modern browser. Recommended browsers are the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. There is no app installation required for Call Complete, which utilizes SMS and a mobile web browser.
How do your integrations work?

How does your API work?
