Subscription includes consultation and training, Guest Journey Editor access, smart locks setup help, customized Guest Experience Dashboard, partner ecosystem access, PMS integration, and online support. -
Do you have a free trial?
Due to the 2-8 hour setup time, free trials aren't offered. However, paid trials are available for property managers with over 150 properties. -
Are there any additional fees?
There is a 5% charge to guests on all non-tax-related fees such as Upsells, Damage Waivers, and Pet Fees. Additional connected packages would be add-ons.
