  • What data formats are supported?
    You can upload one or multiple data files in PDF, DOC, TXT, XLS, PPT, CSV format, or add a link to your website to be scraped.
  • How is my data handled?
    We store your data in an encrypted format on Google Cloud. We do not share or sell your data to any third party. When you ask a question, in some cases, relevant data chunks are sent to a third party AI model to generate an answer. Note that when question is made on same or similar way as defined in your knowledgebase, answers are sent directly from knowledgebase and not sent to third party AI model.
