    At the end of your free trial, you will have to enter a valid payment method and will be charged based on the plan and you selected. After signing-in to your account, you will have access to your data again.
  • Can I import my existing candidates to TurboHire Platform?
    Yes. In Addition, TurboHire offers rich tools to extract resumes from your inbox and other databases. Contact us for more details.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. At this time, we only accept payments online, so we will not be able to accept purchase orders over the phone. All payments follow INR or USD pricing.
  • Who owns my data?
    You do! It’s your data after all! We want you to be with TurboHire because you love using our product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from our platform any time you need.
  • Is my data safe?
    Yes, your data is 100% safe with us. The safety and security of your data is our #1 priority. That’s why our facilities feature stringent security and monitoring systems.   • What is an active job opening?
    An active job opening in TalentLyft has one of the following statuses: Published (seeking candidates), Internal (seeking candidates internally), or Closed (candidate found, but recruitment is ongoing). These statuses allow you to work on the job's pipeline and candidates. A job is inactive when it is Archived (hiring process complete) or in Draft (still being edited and not yet published).
  • Should I choose a monthly or annual plan?
    Annual Plans offer savings (pay for 10 months for a 12-month subscription) and are ideal for predictable hiring needs. Monthly Plans offer flexibility for fluctuating needs, allowing upgrades, downgrades, or pauses anytime.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    You can pay for any plan by credit card. For annual plans, payment by bank transfer via invoice is also available upon request. Monthly plans must be paid by credit card.
  • Do you offer Discounts?
    Yes, discounts are offered for yearly (2 months free), two-year (6 months free), and three-year plans (10 months free). Special discounts are available for startups, non-profits (50% off), and recruitment agencies.
  • Who owns the data?
    You own your data completely. It is securely backed up daily on Azure servers. If you terminate your subscription, TalentLyft will provide you with all your data files at no additional cost.
