    A paid user is a teammate whose primary email address has been assigned a signature. For example, if you sync 1,000 teammates from your email provider with Scribe and only assign signatures to 500 of them, you'll be billed for just those 500 users. We charge for primary email addresses, not alias emails.
  • How does pricing work when I add or remove teammates?
    Your invoice is automatically adjusted when users are added or removed from your signatures in Scribe. You're only billed for the actual time users have signatures assigned. For monthly billing, new users are billed the following month, and removed users result in credits on your next invoice. For annual billing, additional users are charged monthly and prorated.
  • Do you offer non-profit discounts?
    Scribe offers a 30% lifetime discount for non-profit organizations, public education institutions, and open-source projects. Organizations with .org domains get the discount automatically at checkout, while others can contact us via chat for a discount code.
